Northwest Crane Service recently completed a wind turbine maintenance project in House, New Mexico. Northwest Crane Service team members worked on a wind turbine to replace a damaged gearbox. Northwest Crane Service utilized two cranes to remove the 72,000 lb rotor in order to replace the 52,000 lb damaged gearbox. The project was a complete success and the turbine saw limited down time due to the fast rig up and rig down times.
